The Happiness Project
I'm going to start my 2014 with a bang.
I got Gretchen Rubin's The Happiness Project book from a teammate this Christmas. I guess it's just a perfect read before the new year begins so it would inspire me to focus on my happiness for the year 2014. I've been stressed all over this year with failings, heart breaks and trials... but at the end of the day, I should remember that I have more things to be grateful of.
Thus, let me kick off my own happiness project!
